Summary: Laura, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good vacation. If you rent a car from the owners, you get picked up and returned to the airport which was a wonderful convenience. The apartment was centrally located, but you need a car because there is nothing within walking distance. We were between 10 to 20 minutes from most of the popular sites of Curacao -- Willemsted, Mambo Beach, restaurants, etc. Kenepa Grandi Beach was about 45 minutes away. After a long day of sightseeing, it was very relaxing to sit by the property's very well maintained pool. We stayed for eight nights and except for one occasion, we had the pool to ourselves. I recommend Villa Unique Properties,

Summary: It was an absolute joy to stay at Villa Unique for 17 days in February 2018. Accommodations were exactly as described and well outfitted. Owners were extremely helpful in providing details on all aspects of the island including restaurants, beaches, and sightseeing. Pickup and drop off at the airport was a huge bonus. Summary: My stay was perfect from the start. From the pick up from the airport, nice explanation about the island and the accommodation, tips throughout the week and the drop off at the airport. Everything was very personal. The poolarea is very nice and it was always clean. The appartment itself is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for your stay also in the kitchen. I would most certainly choose Villa Unique for my next stay! I had a great time!

Summary: The apartment is in a beautiful villa located in a safe part of Curacao. This apartment surpassed all our expectations. We woke up every morning and had our breakfast on the nice terrace. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn't use the air conditioning at all. Instead, we were able to open the windows. This made it very comfortable for sleeping at night. We drove to different beaches where we did some snorkelling and saw beautiful fishes and sea turtles. It was amazing! At night we eat in different restaurants or made barbecue at home. All very calm and relaxing! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Curacao. We come back in this apartment.

Summary: We enjoyed every minute spent in the apartment Kolibrie on Curacao. The owners are friendly and very helpful. Their apartment is perfect. We wish we were able to stay longer but we will go back again for sure. Thanks for all!!!!!

Summary: The apartment is very pragmatic, convenient, rational, in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. No lack of anything usefull: the kitchen is well equipped; comfortable bed and bathroom; air conditioning and fans. The small private garden is enjoyable: a nice table and chairs, shaded by vegetation and with privacy. Pleasant for breakfast. The common areas are well-kept; really nice pool area. Impeccable also the rental service of the car and the transfer to and from the airport.

Summary: We stayed in the Kolibri apartment which was a perfect size for the 2 of us. It was very clean and had everything that we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the bbq as all of the utensils we needed were provided for us. The pool was conveniently located right outside of our patio area. We also rented a car from them which was nice to travel around the island on. I highly recommend staying at the Villa Unique - Kolibri apartment as the management was great to work with and ensured we were well taken care of during out visit!

Summary: I'm afraid to give too good of a review because I'm worried they might raise the rate for next year. But in truth, we have to say that, after 30+ years of travel, it might be the best rental we've had yet. We were delayed in Miami over ten hours and didn't get in till 1 am. Still Marti and his mom were there to pick us up. Couldn't believe it. The apartment was great. Super clean and well appointed. The constant breeze coming through the bedroom made sleeping a joy. The pool was always clean and well maintained in a lovely tropical setting. There was some food and coffee waiting for us so we didn't have to run out first thing in the morning. A very nice touch (by the way, the Phillips Senseo coffee that he had for us was the best coffee we've ever had. Very smooth and full flavored. Incredible! We had it every morning and bought more). Their rental car ran fine. We give the apartment, Marti, Rea(his mom), and Patrice (housekeeping) our highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed….at all!

Summary: Our stay at the Beethoven apartment was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The apartment itself provided the amenities of home. Bathroom was the right size with choice of shower heads to use. The bonus was the breezy courtyard by the swimming pool. After a long hot day of snorkel or diving and the pool was just the fix we needed. The management were very resourceful and accommodating. If there is anything you need help with Marti is the professional to ask. While in Curacao, the Beethoven apartment is the place to stay, definitely home away from home!
