Summary: The apartment is very nice and spacious. All the appliances are good quality and it is fully equipped. The garden is also nice to enjoy the sun. We had a nice experience, highly recommended if you are looking for an apartment close to the port but at the same time quiet and peaceful.

Summary: We stayed at the property for four weeks and found the apartment was of a very good standard and as described on the website. The problem was what was not mentioned on the website Upon arrival the hosts told us about the cats and how they would regularly come into the outside area. My wife has a fear of cats and asked if the hosts had any other property available, we were told no. We said we would stay for a day to see what it was like. There were at least four cats, and I discovered the reason they were coming, a large bag of cat food was stored in the kitchen and obviously somebody had been feeding them. The hosts said it was not them. We found some large sheets of cardboard and tried to make it more difficult for the cats to get in the garden. We decided to stay and after four days we no longer had the unwelcome visitors. During the four days we were very apprehensive about sitting outside and my wife was constantly looking to see if the cats had come back. When leaving I was presented with a bill which worked out at 10% of our cost of the rental. This was for the excess use of electricity; we were allowed 200 free units and had used 981. We were told it was because of the air conditioning but we only had the air conditioning on for a maximum of four hours a day. There were no UK mainstream TV channels, although there were probably well over 100 channels, so not sure what the electricity cost would have been if we had watched TV. On arriving home, I checked the contract, and the cost of electricity excess should have been .25Eur/kw and we were charged .35. I look forward to a refund! I agree with other reviews that you do need a car when staying there. No way you can walk to shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket. The swimming pool is far too small for the number of apartments that have use of it.

Summary: nice apartment, bit lacking in some essentials if more than 3 or 4 there - glasses and things. mosquito blinds need redoing. apart from that all was well
