With three bedrooms and four beds this house is perfect for your family vacation getaway. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, fully updated bathroom with huge walk in shower, and doors that give you your own private access to the pool. The cozy second bedroom features a queen bed, and shared full bathroom with a third bedroom that features two single beds.
Our house has a large stunning, fully updated, and luxurious eat in kitchen with huge island that opens up into your cozy living room. After spending the day at the heated pool or the beach it is a great place to unwind as a family. Our varied TV package features channels to make every member of the group happy and high speed WiFi lets all your devices remain connected.
The in ground pool is fully heated and the lanai are great for relaxing, entertaining, and spending quality time outdoors in the gorgeous Florida weather. Summary: Property was as advertised; enjoyed the stay very much. Anyone can nitpick, and having one mattress to everyone’s liking is almost impossible, but mattresses in guest rooms could use an upgrade (sheets too). House was well supplied and the pool was a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I own and operate a tree company from North Georgia. We needed a place to stay during the hurricane recovery effort. This place was one of the few left available and was absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and may come back in a few months for vacation. 10/10

Summary: This home is absolutely gorgeous with everything included in the listing and then some. Plenty of space with a gorgeous open concept kitchen. Top notch appliances and stocked extraordinarily well. The pool is divine and we loved our daily swims. The house itself is located on a quiet street but is very close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Lily is the most gracious host we've ever experienced. Communication was fantastic and lawn and pool were maintained immaculately. The interior of the home is amazing and has clearly been designed with comfort in mind. We stayed for about 6 weeks and loved every single minute. Very highly recommended! Grab it while you can! Thanks so much Lily. We were so lucky to find your place and have the opportunity to enjoy it. We loved our stay and look forward to being back in the near future!

Summary: Lily responds within 10 minutes of any questions you have.. so pleasant y to deal with Place was so clean. Neighborhood is quiet yet convenient to everything including beaches. Pool is warm and good size for house. House has huge kitchen. Master suite has walk in closet.. fenced in yard for our puppy. We play Pickleball and there are two close options for open play. Sunsets in Venice over water are amazing. Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

Summary: Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, golf, Venice, etc. Newly remodeled with an open/spacious floor plan. Great kitchen, living room, and master suite with tile floors and comfortable master bed. Pool and lanai were awesome and the owner installed a pool heater prior to our visit. Great communications with owner and they were very responsive. Loved this property and hope to return in the future.
