Villa Vue Mer is a fantastic villa with large, private pool, amazing location and incredible views!
This luxury villa is located on a quiet residential street, approximately 1 km into the center of Antibes, the coast and beaches. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops in Antibes. The location is amazing: a quiet and peaceful setting and a very easy walk to many favorite summer holiday sites.
The entire exterior of the property has been completely renovated.
The villa grounds are completely enclosed and private. There are approximately 2,000 m2 of private grounds.
There are lovely grassy areas on both sides of the villa, where children can play.
There are many tiled terraces around the villa. All the terraces have amazing sea views.
There is a large, tiled area around the pool, on which there are many sun loungers. There is also a shaded outdoor eating area next to the pool. This large terrace is perfect for a large family to relax, swim, eat outdoors with plenty of space.
There is a special upstairs lounge terrace, from which the views of the sea and coastline are sensational. There is comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers, large umbrella and a bar with refrigerator for early evening aperitif!
You can see the pool area below and enjoy a different relaxing area.
The pool is large and wide, perfect for playing games, children and adults to enjoy. There are wide steps leading down into the pool.
The pool can be heated, please ask about cost.
For family entertainment there is a large boules court on the lower level.
The property has a private parking place for cars, however it is also possible not to hire a car due to it's amazing location.
The interior of Villa Vue Mer has also been completely renovated; with new fittings and furnishings throughout.
It is incredibly spacious and open with amazing views from almost every room.
The main villa is laid out on 2 levels. The ground floor has a large entrance with wide decorative staircase leading to the first floor.
To one side of the entrance, there is an interior dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking essentials, pantry, and refrigerator. The kitchen conveniently opens onto the shaded outdoor eating area, next to the barbecue, and pool terrace.
The interior dining room also opens onto the main outdoor terrace.
To the other side of the entrance, there is a large living area. This opens onto the main terrace/pool area and also opens onto the the grassy garden area.
The master bedroom suite is on the ground floor. There is a large bedroom with double bed (160cm) with living area, opening up onto the terrace and pool area. There is also an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower and toilet and sink.
There are 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. Each bedroom has a double bed (160cm). One bedroom has a private terrace with the amazing views of the sea and mountains. It has an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The 2 other bedrooms each have a double bed (160cm) and share a large bathroom with shower, sink and independent toilet. Both bedrooms have lovely views over the pool area, sea and coastline.
The fifth bedroom is downstairs; it has a double bed (160cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
There is a separate studio with sixth bedroom. There is a double bed (10cm) , with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
This lovely studio is private and perfect for older teenagers or a small family. It has it's own separate terrace with sitting area. There is also the boules court at this lower level.
There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The villa has been recently furnished to a high standard and completely repainted and decorated. It is a gorgeous property to spend a holiday in Antibes, near the beaches and coast and enjoy everything the Cote d'Azur has to offer.

Summary: Our family of 3 generations had a wonderful stay at this stunning villa. Its layout is ideal for large groups, giving everyone privacy while offering spacious and comfortable common areas. With its beautiful decor, amazing sea views, lush landscaped grounds, gorgeous swimming pool and terraces, this property feels like a little oasis close to the old town of Antibes. It is equipped with everything one may need. We cooked many meals and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets while sipping a glass of wine! Antibes is central to visit the many beautiful villages in the area, there is a small shopping center walking distance from the house, as well as great public clay courts for tennis fans! Last but not least the villa is immaculate and Lise, the property manager, is very kind, responsive and accommodating. Enchantée d’avoir fait votre connaissance, Lise!
