Positive: The pool was excellent, very clean. It was quiet and good for vacation. The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed.

Negative: No air condition, which we needed occasionally, because it was very hot.

Positive: The Hosts were amazing and made sure that I felt welcomed and find everything I need. They were available via Whatsapp and also sent great tips on what to do in the Area. The community is gated, so it felt very secure and the pebble beach is only a 10 Minutes walk away. I didn't have any issues with noise, the apartment was nice and quiet and I really felt like I was living there for a bit. All in all I can really recommend it if you are looking for a nice apartment close to Antibes and Nice. There is a washing machine and basically everything you will need for a prolonged stay. Little somethings to note, not issues, but good to know beforehand: - The garage parking is very small, so please note if you have a bigger car you will need to be a good driver. Or just park outside, which is also available. - There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash the dished by hand - The microwave functions as an oven but to be honest I never quite figured it out - You have to pre-clean the apartment before you leave, so calculate some time for that and don't just expect the hosts to clean up after you
