Summary: Our stay had very few minor issues but overall was wonderful. The wifi didn't work and the fitted bedsheets would not stay on the king bed. We weren't thrilled that the one area listed as a bedroom was not closed off. That should be stated in the listing but we were able to make it work. The parking pad was so nice having. We had two vehicles and was able to park the second on the street. We didn't use the garage because the upstairs resident was parked terribly and we were unable to fit another vehicle in there. But that wasn't an issue for us at all. The place was pretty clean, couches and furniture was nice. There was enough cookware, silverware, and amenities for 6 adults. The hosts were very communicative and always responded fairly quickly. Overall was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Summary: This place should not be listed as “luxury.” It looks nice on the surface, but once you arrive, the flaws are hard to miss—starting with the overgrown yard.Parking was also an issue (the host did respond), as neighbors were using our space during a gathering. While waiting for them to move, we saw rats running through the alley.There are tenants upstairs with a dog—you’ll hear it and smell it in the yard, which also had a bottle filled with cigarette butts. The shared hallway was dirty and both entry doors were unlocked when we arrived.Inside, Wi-Fi never worked (owner asked us to reset router, no luck). The house had scuffed walls, flimsy furniture, and beds that buckled. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable. Dining chairs were weak. Bedrooms lacked storage, and sheets were thin, pilled, and stained. One smoke detector was taped over with black duct tape.Downstairs shower leaked, and upstairs had mildew in the shower and no towel racks—just screws in the wall. The metal rack over the toilet was rusted and unstable.Overall, this property felt “staged” for pictures, not truly maintained. I put a lot of effort into finding good, family-friendly places, and this was a letdown.I shared my concerns with the host after we left, but received no reply after a week. If you’re considering this place, trust the reviews—not the photos.

Summary: Well, when we booked this months ago, I was under the impression it was a 4 bedroom. It's not. It only has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed in a common space. We were there with 3 couples and 2 singles... what couple wants to stay in a common area for a weekend when on a mini vacation? No one, but one couple chose the bunk bed to have a door and one single person slept on the couch for the weekend leaving us with only the kitchen as common area. Then, access to WiFi. We all connected to the WiFi, but then it informed us it was WiFi without internet?! Once I connected my phone, it didn't want to connect to the internet even when I turned my WiFi off. This left it very difficult for us to order Ubers/lyfts or contact the host through the VRBO app. There was only 5 forks for a place that sleeps 8. Insufficient amount of hand towels and wash cloths. The very front door, the one outside coming in from the street would not lock. We had opening instructions but nothing about locking. The garage door lock was also on its last hoorah and could use maintenance, maybe a garage opener would be more user friendly? The yard was overgrown and the back hallway was full of pet hair and a dirty rug/carpet. It did have a clean bathroom and nice light fixtures throughout.

Summary: Clean, nice place to stay. Hosts were great & quick with responses. It was great for our family stay. Parking space made it easy to not have to worry about searching for parking after long day of sightseeing. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.

Summary: The property is far from Luxury. The house has been recently remodeled but the cleanliness is less than desired. The table was sticky and had dirty napkins under the table cloth. The walls were need cleaned, dog pee on trim and smudge marks everywhere.The parking is available in the alley but very tight fit. The neighborhood is less than to be desired as fireworks were let off all night both nights and our van was definitely attempted to be broken in too. The backyard is barely mowed and looks terrible.The shower downstairs allows water to run down and onto the floor as well. This is something that should be looked at. The basememt also mad mutiple dead bugs laying everywhere along with window ledges in kitchen.I would not recommend staying here for the price. The location is close to downtown where we spent most of our time which was nice.

Summary: Everything went smoothly with communication and check in. The title on the online listing was misleading calling it a “luxury” apartment. The kitchen was nice but the rest of the apartment was average at best. The living room couches were really uncomfortable to sit on, there was no furniture in the bedrooms, nothing to even put a suitcase on, and one bed was stuck in the middle of what looked like a common area with no privacy. Neither the front or back yard had been mowed and looked terrible. Because of this we didn’t spend much time there.

Summary: This is a great place stay as is center of everywhere. Room is comfy and clean. Great bathroom. Basic necessities provided. Host is very good in communication and you will have a good check in process. We wish there is remote garage key instead you will need manually open the garage door by accessing the small door at the back to open the garage. Overall is a great stay, we will definitely stay here again.
