Positive: Location of the property was easily accessible, throughly secured, enough space for family and parking space. Checkin & check out was made easy despite late night entry and exit.

Negative: Kitchen wasn't prepared, cleaned. There was missing cutlery which was provided later, gas was empty amd filled afterwards, no milk, sugar, coffee, salt or water bottle were provided as a welcoming ingredient. Had water leakage due to access rain during our day which was unpleasant, balconies weren't cleaned up before or after arrival. In house food/ restaurant option was bizarre which is quite costly while not worth half of its price. TV wasn't in working condition in couple of rooms. Bath towels were old and unclean had to ask for replacements, shower gel amd shampoo weren't filled before arrival... essentially property wasn't prepared well for our stay.

Summary: Decent place to spend few days but have to coordinate too much with staff to have a pleasant stay.

Positive: The apartment was big, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The ACs, water heater, stove, refrigerator, and everything worked. The host Satyam is a great guy. He was very flexible with our payment and with the checkout times. With our late check-in, we could not pay that night. We paid on the second night.

Negative: Nothing much. Some very minor things. They had given one towel per room but when asked for extras in the morning we got them. We had to ask them to use the stove, and they brought and hooked up a gas cylinder.

Summary: Clean, spacious apartment in a central location in Gurgaon

Positive: We booked a 3BHK the night before but when we arrived the property was sold out. Apparently our booking came to them in the morning and it was sold out before that. But the property manager Satyam was very considerate. He gave us two 2BHK units from another property they had nearby. The two 2BHK units were very clean and comfortable. The ACs, water heaters, microwaves, refrigerators, televisions were all in sound order. We had a very comfortable stay.

Negative: Coming from the US we were surprised to get a very limited supply of toilet paper and towels. But when we asked for those we got extra. Extra towels should’ve been charged according to their rules but we weren’t. Satyam and the caretaker Arvind were both very friendly and took good care of us.

Summary: Nice, new and comfortable property. We fullly enjoyed our stay here.
