*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Summary: Location was great and code access to the lake and many activities and popular spots to visit. Neighborhood had access to a trail that lead to the lake which we enjoyed. House was spacious, clean and cozy!

Summary: This house was perfect for us. It was a great location to drive to the slopes. This home is much better than staying in one of those casino hotels. Everything was clean and having the option to do laundry was wonderful option. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is beautiful and clean and met all of our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and it's only a short drive to downtown area. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very very nice property!! Probably the cleanest I have ever rented. We ate out and did not cook, but it appeared to have everything needed to cook. There were dominos that we played one night. Over all, an excellent choice for a quite stay with a nice walk to view the sunset on the beach.

Summary: We had a great time at this house it had everything we needed for 6 adults. Loved the yard space where we could play games and enjoy evenings sitting outside. Kitchen is gorgeous and well equipped. Beds were super comfy. The private neighborhood beach was a great perk (10 minute walk) and you could also do a little hike through the forest to get to zephyr cove!

Summary: The house was more than we could have hoped for. It was a perfect place for us to relax as a family. Nice sized yard for my kid to run around in. The bedrooms were perfect for my family of 5. The private beach was a nice surprise. The kids played board games and watched movies. Something they dont do at home.
