This superb Villa is located in Caleta De Fuste is a 10 minute walk from the beach and shops. It is situated on the Campo De Golf golf course.
The Villa has been fitted out to the highest specification with only the finest materials and fittings to make your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
The views are amazing from the extensive patios and even more breath-taking from the exclusive private roof terrace, perfect for chilling out in the evenings.
We have the sun all day for those who worship the sun and also have sheltered patios and covered terraces if you wish to escape the mid-day heat.
Inside the villa is a large open plan area with high quality local sourced furniture.
Vaulted ceiling clad in light wood.
Complimentary British TV and free Wi-Fi is also provided.
Remote controlled air conditioning during the summer months
The fully equipped kitchen that was installed 2022 is fitted with modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge and freezer. There is a full complement of cooking, dining and glassware to cater for all dining needs.
The 3 bedrooms consist of
Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a new en-suite bathroom fitted 2023 with a double walk-in shower, WC and his and hers sinks.
A second double bedroom also with a king size bed.
A twin room with two single beds.
A further family bathroom fitted 2023 with a walk in shower.
Hairdryers, pool towels and beach towels are provided.
Outside we have a private swimming pool, with roman steps and a rail to aid getting in and out there is also shower facilities.
Pool heat on request.
An extensive tiled area is available with an enclosed patio/sun room and alfresco dining for 6 people .There is an outside sofa, chairs and coffee table looking out to the pool.
Around the Pool we have an artificial grassed area with 6 Sun Loungers, chairs and a coveredgazebo.We have a full size covered pool table under the gazebo.
At the front of the property we have an outside kitchen with a gas BBQ , fridge and countertops. There is also a six seater dining area.
There is also another large artificial grassed area with two lockable gates to prevent children accessing the pool area. This is a great area for children to play outside without worrying.

Summary: the villa is lovely and spacious, it is located about a 10/15 minute walk from McDonalds and the Atlantico Shopping Mall, there are several food places at the back of the mall. To get to the mall it is safer to go through the under road tunnel just behind McDonalds than try and cross the road. There used to be a petrol station and small shop beside McDonalds however, they are building something else in this space now (not sure what though).There is a lovely walk from the Atlantico via the shore front to Caleta De Fuste, this walk is about 30 minutes and worth it as it is a lovely wee area. There is not many bars that don't do food however, but they all do drinks. Would recommend the British Corner Pub for drinks and the Fado Rock steakhouse for food, Lin's place for Breakfast and eating, so yummy and friendly in all of them, we went several times and each time not disappointed. The villa itself is great, the owner Michael replies back to all emails and queries. The pool was lovely and cleaned once during our 11 day stay. The grounds of the villa is so roomy, inside the villa is lovely, with all things we need. There are some items that previous people have left within the bedroom ensuite cupboard that can be handy if you have forgotten to bring things.Fuerteventura is very windy, although most days it was needed to cool down. First week i would say was very cloudy, but very warm. This was our first time visiting the island and would be back again as we loved it.

Summary: I can't ever remember giving 5 stars in any review before, but I'm breaking all the rules with Villa Patricia. It's a lovely villa - spacious and well furnished and with a lovely pool as well. The kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery, the bed was comfortable, there were lots of outdoor chairs and loungers - and a bottle of fizzy rose in the fridge when we arrived. I took some books, but there were some on the shelves there as well. Pam and Angie came to change the bedding part way through our stay and were friendly and efficient.

Summary: We had a great break over Christmas at the villa. There is plenty of space, both inside and out, was very well equipped with everything we needed and it was very clean. We enjoyed having use of the swimming pool and pool table. Communication was good with both the owner and property manager. The villa is in a nice quiet location a short walk away from the shopping centre which has plenty choice of places to eat. We would definitely consider returning.

Summary: The villa is amazing, Angela and Karen were most helpful with everything, can’t wait to revisit if available, would highly recommend to any family 5 star rating, the best villa we have stayed in Fuerteventura ❤️❤️

Summary: The villa was lovely, it was in a nice quiet area with a 10 min walk to supermarket few restaurants/bars and only couple of minute taxi to harbour. Perfect villa for families we paid extra for the heated pool and it was lovely, my son enjoyed the pool table and games. Karen and angie was lovely nothing was too much trouble thank you for a lovely week if we come back to fuerteventura we would be sure to book again

Summary: We had a lovely relaxing week at Villa Cooper, the villa is as described, has everything you need, the outdoor bbq area is great! We made use of the BBQ!
