Summary: Clean for the most part. AC didn’t work took 3 days to get a window unit in. There was no hand soap or dish soap. Closet doors in both bedrooms were not connected to tracks. Knob on hallway closet was dangling. And bathroom toilet. Host would say she was coming and never showed. She didn'tlet me know the maintenance person was coming or not. I had to continually try reaching her.

Summary: Check-in worked great. Upon arrival we discovered that some smaller kitchen utensils were missing. We contacted the host about this and everything was taken care of within one day. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay and we would recommend this apartment to people who are looking for an affordable apartment within easy reach of Colorado Springs points of interest.
