Positive: The flat was well equipped and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Really handy for facilities and local services.

Negative: The kitchen cupboard fronts had food splattered on a couple of them and the handle on the cupboard below the microwave had dried on red sauce. Just made me wonder how thoroughly the flat was cleaned, but these were isolated bits. No other issues with cleanliness. Challenges parking 1 night, but this is not the fault of the owner. Fortunately free parking is available on nearby streets.

Positive: The flat is newly refurbished. Everything was new and all the facilities we needed. We would love to stay again if we came to see family.

Negative: Not the property’s fault but there is a broken drain cover in the road outside that vehicles kept hitting and it was annoying.

Positive: Great communication on booking and on check in day. Cannot fault the service! Perfect location, minutes away from local supermarkets and pub, and a 10min drive from the city centre was ideal. The house was spacious, clean and tidy and exactly as expected from the pictures. A nice celebratory card and box of chocolates was a lovely personalised touch which was unexpected and meant alot.

Negative: It was perfect! A small bedside table to the left bedroom would have been ideal to save phone and drinks being on the floor or on the other side of the bed. However, that's nothing and just a little extra touch but wouldn't stop us staying here again!
