The dining area has a large oak dining table with 8 leather chairs.
The high end fully integrated kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, microwave, steamer, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine fridge, boiling water tap, waste disposal unit, TV, toaster, kettle, filtered water tap.
As well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, filtered water tap and water softener in utility room.

Summary: This was a fantastic home to base ourselves in while we explored the Cotswolds. Perfect, quiet location on Summer Lake with a stunning deck and direct access to the water, but still easy walking distance to a selection of restaurants and cafes that made life easy for our week away. All areas of the Cotswolds as well as Bath and Oxford are within easy striking distance of this perfectly placed property. The house itself is fresh, clean and modern with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the whole family. The perfect place to stay.

Summary: We had a wonderful time on holiday here in August. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. It felt like staying in a family home with all you could need for a happy stay. The decor is bright and fun (and very tasteful), definitely not a bland holiday let. The house is very conveniently located. It is easy to reach and easy to travel to local attractions. There is a watersport lake across the road which we walked to several times, hiring fun boats, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. The owners are lovely - very friendly and charming, with lots of advice about the local area. We felt welcomed into their home and that they were happy for us to be there. We highly recommend this house and hope to return another time.

Summary: We spent a fabulous Easter weekend here with our friends - 4 adults and 4 children in total. The kitchen and living space is wonderfully spacious, light and very well equipped. We took bikes and cycled around the lake as well as fishing rods which caused much excitement when huge pikes were hooked - we just needed a larger net! Even in the rain we managed to make the most of the great outside space and huge BBQ. Highly recommended for a trip away come rain or shine. We hope to return later in the summer.
