The Space:
This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom, pet friendly, newly renovated property is on Main St. right across the street from the famed Mirbeau Inn and Spa and Rosalie's Cucina. What sets this property apart from the rest is that you are actually in the township of Skaneateles but the entire village, downtown center and beautiful Skaneateles Lake are all at your fingertips! By simply taking a short walk you can start shopping in all of the wonderful boutiques or have breakfast, lunch or dinner in all of the fantastic dining choices within the village. The lake is only a 5-10 minute walk if you want to sit by the water and relax and read a book, swim or fish.
The property itself has been newly renovated throughout and decorated in a refined and luxurious cottage style. It currently has one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main level and two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second level. There is also a sofa bed on the main level. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and granite countertops. For our guests that enjoy the outdoors and also their pets, we have a large beautiful privacy fenced backyard and a spacious deck. There is also a spacious driveway with off street parking for up to 5 vehicles.

Guest access is with no contact/keyless entry. The door code and home/departure instructions will be sent 2-3 days prior to your arrival.

Summary: Had too short of a stay in this lovely property, conveniently located near the village. The house was spotless - probably the cleanest property I’ve stayed in. Beds are comfortable, towels are fluffy, and great shops and restaurants less than a mile away. Great communication with the hosts as well! This is a solid option for your Skaneateles stay!

Summary: Came for Christmas. Very professional people who run the place. Perfect layout. Fenced in yard and fireplace were a bonus. Fees were a little high. It was a short walk to town. Love to go back in the summer.

Summary: The house location was perfect. In walking distance to town, the lake, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean, everything in great condition. The yard is very big and when we arrived we saw deer on the other side of the fence. She had a book with all the information about the town which was very helpful. Debbie is a wonderful host. She checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this house.
