Summary: This was a lovely little place right across the road from the sea - we had a perfect, wide view of the water from the balcony and main living room. The owners were lovely and helpful, giving clear instructions on how to get there and very kindly allowing for us to stay on for a late check out given our flight was later in the evening. The apartment was clean, bright and quiet, and there were plenty of great eating options right outside and all down the street. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Summary: Omg! We cannot thank you enough for such a smooth and special stay! Both Kleopatra and Giorgious took such good care of us. They arranged to work out with our timing that was a little off getting out the cruise ship and they just did not let us worry about anything. All of our things were kept safe and they were extremely nice about it. The location is amazing and the view is breathtaking! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Spacious apartment with balcony directly overlooking the Mediterranean (saronic gulf). Surrounded by delish local restaurants with an incredible bakery and small grocery store in walking distance. So close to Athens that the Hop on/Hop off Bus drives right by on its route. Could this place get any better?! Yep - strong air conditioning, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen, elevator (3rd floor unit with heavy luggage was a nice surprise), and super communicative owner always readily available to us. The king bed was great - better than most luxury hotels we’ve stayed in. Life was easy through our three nights in Piraeus; we slept, went to the balcony for a front row view of people, dogs, fishermen, and feral cats all along the tiny boardwalk, ate, and then ate some more. We had fish & shrimp next door to the right (Faros) and fish & shrimp next door to the left (Fish House), and authentic (and delicious) gyros downtown at City Grill at the wharf (20 minutes walk because one of us is very slow). Don’t miss the daily-made gelato from the family at Yia-Mi (open evenings only) about a five minute walk past the Fish House. Owner was responsive and kind; he ran out for and delivered a new bathtub stopper (good water pressure for the shower also, fyi) and allowed us an hour late checkout at no charge - then came out into the street to help us flag a taxi when it was time to go! You will love your stay at this incredible seaside getaway; we can’t wait to go back again!

Summary: Georgios’s home was beautiful and extremely well kept. The location was gorgeous, overlooking the sea, with many restaurants close by. Georgios was a terrific host, going above and beyond by always being available to answer our questions and to help out even when our problems did not relate to his property. A first class experience.

Summary: The title of this property says it all, Luxurious Sea View Apartment. It is perfect for anyone wishing to have a perfect southern view of the sea. I've been to over 50 countries and this is one of my favorite places to stay anywhere... There is no need to go to the nearby beach, as straight across the road is a perfect spot to sunbathe and swim. Inside everything is modern and extremely clean and well appointed... The apartment has everything including a washer and ice cold AC in the living room and bed room and is very safe. There is an unbelievable view from the living room and large outside balcony and if you open the balcony door and the bedroom outside door there is a wonderful breeze that fills the apartment...Many delicious restaurants are within a very short walk, three within two hundred feet. My favorite was Cohens about a block away. The host Georgios is very friendly and accommodating, I requested an early check-in, he was happy to fulfill my request.

Summary: Simply the best apartment I have ever visited!!!! Clean, renovated and fully equipped. It feels like home. The apartment was warm when I got in because the owners have provided to switch on the heating well in advance, the quality of wifi is excellent and there was a big bowl full of season fruits on the table as a welcome treat. But what makes this apartment perfect is the location. It is exactly on the sea side. Undisturbed view to Aegean sea. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with all shops such as restaurants, supermarket, pub etc in walking distance, less than 2 minutes. It was also a pleasant surprise to see that board games and books for various ages were available. Mr Giorgos, the landlord, is a very pleasant and charming person. Even though we arrived late, he was waiting for us patiently and with a big smile on his face. Everything was great and in detail as I expected them. I will surely visit Mr Giorgo’s apartment again.

Summary: We visited the apartment first week of January 2021. The apartment is very clean and cosy with all kitchen, bedroom and living-room amenities! Nothing is missing. In a few minutes you feel as if you move in your own house. There is even a washing machine in the kitchen and of course a laundry in the bathroom. Very hot water in the bath or sink. Very fast internet, wi-fi TV i.e. you can open your facebook, photos, youtube etc on T.V. in the nick of time. Both living-room balcony doors overlook the sea! The view from the front balcony is spectacular and this fantastic view is very well visible even when you sit inside in the living room. You do not need to get out to the balcony. The view is panoramic! Every photographer would like to stay in such an apartment and shoot skies and waters at different times during the day and at different weather conditions!! You are very close to tavernas, shops, bus on foot. We ordered delivery food due to closed stores (corona virus issue...) from a taverna called TA VLACHIKA OF PIREAUS and the food was very good and tasty. Hand made delicious potatoes were the best! The onwers are very kind and helpful in every single thing you need. There is one parking lot available so you do not need to search room nearyby to park your car. The location and the apartment itself is ideal both for romantic but also for strict business partners especially now that all cafes are closed and you do not know where to meet someone...
