Wake up in the morning to the magnificent view of the river from your bed. Enjoy a wake-up coffee from the pod machine and then breakfast on the sunny patio. Your day of relaxation can be spent in your garden or helping on the farm, or exploring the local country roads. In the evening you can enjoy a bath in your private garden, maybe with a cocktail, exploring the galaxies unpolluted by city lights.
If you love cooking, order all your requirements from Woolworths Grafton who will deliver to the farm. We will unpack for you into the studio kitchen ready for your arrival. Just let us know when to expect the delivery.
Alternatively, eating out is just 20 minutes away. Grafton and South Grafton have numerous good restaurants. Please ask us for suggestions.
Your pets are welcome. Your garden is fully fenced and safe from the river, and from our friendly but sometimes over exuberant Maremma puppy.
If you have a baby, please bring a cot if required.
We have good mobile reception for Telstra and Optus.
If you are on a working holiday, we can provide printing and copying on request.

Summary: I had the pleasure of staying at this property with my two dogs for 3 nights and I didn’t want to leave. My dogs and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The property is fully secure so I didn’t have one worry with my dogs running around in the yard because I knew they were safe. The owner, Mick, was incredibly welcoming, respectful and kind. Mick took me on a tour of his Organic farm and showed me all the lovely produce he grows. He has created such a special place for people to come to either sit back and relax, have a bath under the stars, read a book or sit by the river and take in the peacefulness of the surrounds. I truly feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this property. I will definitely be back to visit, 10/10 Mick, thank you.

Summary: Really good experience. We arrived late of night around 10.30 pm and have no problem finding the property due to owner’s clear instructions. Found that our order from Woolies have been unpacked and tidily arranged in the cottage. Most equipped place we’ve ever stay. Mike is very nice and friendly and kindly enough to let us to leave our dog in the property when we have to visit friend in hospital. The yard is big and our small dog is happily running around and become dead tired at night and sleep soundly, really recommend this place and we will come again. A very small feedback though, it will be nicer if the grass are not that long.

Summary: Mike was a wonderful host and has a beautiful property. The studio was set up for a one night or longer term stay with all the essentials. The outdoor shower area, patio and the gardens were just beautiful & my partner and two dogs enjoyed our weeks stay thoroughly. The back yard looking out to the river is completely fenced for a secure dog proof yard for any anxious dog owners and Emmi is, as advertised, very friendly.

Summary: I was looking for a quiet and luxury accommodation in the country and Mike's Riverview stay was exactly that. Amazing Riverview with an outdoor claw foot bath and outdoor shower which is completely private in the garden area. The accommodation has king size bed , smart TV and free Internet, Air con plus fans. It has a full kitchen and gorgeous large bathroom with a rainfall showerhead including a hand held shower as well. We took a music speaker and enjoyed coocooking and eating overlooking the river. We also took camp chairs and sat down near the river . The dogs have a fully enclosed yard and you have completed privacy near the accommodation due to good planting. Mike gave us our privacy when sitting down in the yard . We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The owner Mike communicated well, met us on arrival and was extremely helpful. The location was stunning, views of the river, lovely cottage, good yard for the dogs and everything you could want for. The outside bath tub was incredible- nothing compares to soaking your cares away in a bath under the stars. Great location for a very relaxing weekend.

Summary: I adored my time at the riverstay. It was truly peaceful, a beautiful place by the river and a very friendly and responsive host. The bed was extra comfortable and the outdoor bath and fireplace was a luxurious treat. Kitchen and bathroom amenities were perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer!
