Sophisticated pool view resort retreat. Enjoy this 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo in The Cays at Downtown Ocotillo. Brand new condo, brand new furnishings, ultimate comfort. Enter through a private entrance on the 3rd floor of this elevator building. Security building all the way. Parking is gated and underground with access right to your floor. Leave all your worries behind as we have thought of everything. Just you, your suitcase and your laptop and you can enjoy resort living. The kitchen is well equipped and boasts gorgeous quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, custom cabinets, a large pantry and, stainless appliances. In the open concept 1350 sq foot condo there is a separate dining table and a comfy living room complete with and electric fireplace. There is a 55" Smart TV and high-speed wifi. The split floor plan allows for privacy on either side of the condo/home. The Master Suite has a king sized bed with another Smart TV and a beautiful en-suite oversized bath. The bath has a popular walk-in shower, double sinks and, a walk-in closet. Bedroom two has a queen bed and walk-in closet, with an adjacent bath. There is also full-size laundry room and water softner in the condo. Super location and close to three major freeways, the 10, 202 and 101 giving you easy access to the entire valley.

Summary: The experience was first class. The grounds, the pool area is beautiful (perfect temperature), the entire facility exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well appointed. The overall value rating is a 5/5. Also, within a few hundred feet are some great restaurants. My favorite was CHOP but all were very good. We'll definitely be back soon.

Summary: My wife an I fully enjoyed our stay at the Cays. The condo we rented for a month had a beautiful 3rd floor view of the pool and received plenty of morning sun. We were impressed with the Elite representative (Brendan) and his willingness to meet us at any time and provide us the keys. He went above and beyond and gave us a quick tour of the entire facility, which was great. The condo is well provisioned with just about everything you need to live including cooking utensils, glasses, tool set, bag for taking items to the pool, pool towels etc... The bed was very comfortable and there is a ton of room for your clothes and gear in the large walk in closet. We received prompt response to any issue or question we had. we had a terrific time and would definitely rent again. Thanks for the hospitality.
