Positive: The location was lovely, very beautiful. The basement apartment was huge, clean, sparkling and luxurious. The bed was comfortable. My sister lives nearby and was interested to hear about a place that accommodated so many that was nearby and would like to use it. But the details listed below would need to be addressed.

Negative: I'm not sure she knew I was coming. While clean and the beds were nicely made up, everything else seemed missing. The signing up and payment was confusing and hard as was getting a key to get in. There were none of the usual amenities I find in places. Couldn't find the fridge. The bathroom had one towel rack for a place sleeping 6 or more people, as well as four spoons and no mugs for hot drinks. The 'spa' was missing cables, no directions on how to use equipment, and unplugged equipment. There was no guest info book with wifi info or places near by to eat etc. The curtain in the back bedroom was too long and you had to step on it to get to the far side of the bed and one time it pulled the curtain rod and a screw came out. It was too cold and no thermostat was available for guests to use. I called the host each time about these things and she was very helpful, but I shouldn't have had to do that.
