Summary: We had a great time at the villa. There was a problem which was resolved quickly and it didn't spoil our enjoyment. We played games in the pool and chilled in the sun and under the shade of the new pergola. It was perfect for everyone. Our ages ranged from 24 to 68.

Summary: Well thought out and built. Good furniture, pool and BBQs. Plenty of shade. Road access not for the fainthearted and hard to find but definitely well worth the effort

Summary: The villa is large and very comfortable (slept brilliantly the whole time) with air conditioning in every room, insect nets on all the windows (which were needed) and efficient showers and wifi connection. The pool is large and stayed very clean and the outside areas were perfect for sun-worshipping. As is made clear in the listing, the house is some way along an unmade up road and surrounded on all sides by olive groves. It does feel quite isolated at night but we felt quite secure, even without the gate to the property closed. Everything was clean and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. A great villa and we had a lovely holiday.

Summary: Our party ranged in age from 13-65. The villa suited us all. Plenty of individual pool areas to chill or enjoy the pool. The kitchen is a little small for a large group but we managed ok. Highly recommend.

Summary: Our family of 6 adults have just enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in Villa Lavida. Most bedrooms are en-suite, making it very comfortable.The house has an extremely good air con system which means you can find comfort on really hot days/nights. It is also equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The terracing /pool area is very flexible in terms of seating/lounging and offers beautiful views. We often walked down to the village to enjoy hearty suppers with a good selection of fresh fish right on the sea front. As well as stunning views, the villas allows really excellent access to all sorts of places of interest and beautiful beaches. We went out most days to visit something and never travelled more than two hours but frequently only had to go about 40 minutes. It’s a fabulous area for Ancient Greek sites. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa

Summary: We stayed for 2 weeks in villa Livadia in august. The house is spacious and well equipped, the air conditioning is just essential because of the hot temperatures. Outside, the view is really wonderful and the new pool built in the spring of 2018 is great (when not spoiled by the previous tenant... but it was quickly fixed). That said, it could be even better outside if : there were a part of the terrace with real shadow (only little roofs made of fabric, not enough in august, and by far), the garden weren't a jungle (almost all palms are dead, tall weeds everywhere). Anyway, very good rental.

Summary: We stayed in December 2016 over Christmas and had a very smooth check-in. The villa is spacious and well appointed and we made it our home for the week. Unfortunately the area is a bit quiet over the Christmas period so didn't get to eat in any of the Tavernas in Kantia itself as none were open, but Nafplio is only 20 mins away and provided plenty of options. We see why a car is recommended - the dirt path to the house is long and unlit, but the driveway is lit well and there is an electronic security gate for peace of mind. The pool was too cold to swim in but Kantia beach is only a few minutes drive away and we swam there instead! Overall a nice place to stay, would be very different in the high/busy season but we enjoyed it nonetheless.

Summary: Me and my family, together with a group of friends (11 person in total) spent 11 relaxing days at Livadia villa which was exactly as the description on the web site. Property clean and well maintained and very well equipped. Very nice and relaxing place! Not far from property there were nice beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, bars with food and drinks. At about 15 km far from property is Nafplio a beautiful town which worth to be visited (old capital of Greece - at the beginning of 19th century). Manager of property support with useful information and recommendation about surroundings. I deeply recommend this property to my friends. Cristina (Romania)

Summary: This Villa stands between olive trees on a slope between to hills with a breathtaking view on the sea below and the hills/mountains on the other side of the sea. When we arrived there it was beyond our expectations. The house itself is very comfortable and gave us a lot of privacy. First of all because of the big garden and terrace surrounding it, but also inside we had our own bathroom connected to our bedroom. We even had our own balcony. The sea was on walking distance and the most amazing thing was the fact that sometimes we felt owning the whole beach for ourselves. Although the Villa has such nice features that we could stay around the house the whole week, the area around Kantia has so much interesting places to visit that you must go outdoors and enjoy historic venues like Mycene, Epidaurus and Corinthe. In Nemea we discovered not only an acient sportstadium, but found also a very nice winery. The innercity of Nafplio is also very worth visiting. We spent many times there having typical Greek dinners in many different restaurants or just relaxing on a terrace. You hardly find there groups of tourits except from Greeks out of Athens. We really could feel being part of Greek life. The Villa was our homebase and will be our base for many times to come. First of all because there is still so much to discover and also we fell in love with this beautiful house. It was in perfect shape and immaculate clean. We really can recommend it to all our friends. What was also very nice that we could fly towards Athens International Airport and from there we could drive by car within 2 hours to this nice place. No ferries whatsoever which made it an easy acces. Laying on the terrace of this villa with all modern comfortable facilities gave us the feeling of living as gods in Greece.
