The property was both comforting and luxurious — spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed (and more!). From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. Our host, Andy, was exceptional. Any time we had a question or the slightest dilemma, he responded immediately and resolved it with ease. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly elevated our stay. The atmosphere of the property made it perfect for a large group — plenty of room to relax together, but also enough space for privacy when needed. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and well-stocked with all the essentials. Overall, this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Positive: We had an absolutely amazing stay at this London home! The cleanliness was impeccable — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The host was incredibly involved, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, showing great flexibility with our check-in and check-out arrangements. The location could not be better — close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house itself is spacious and perfectly accommodated our group of 15 without ever feeling crowded. My family was extremely satisfied, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

One suggestion: it might be better to use one of the rooms as a shared space to spend time together, rather than using all the rooms for sleeping.

Positive: Andy met us at the door. We were late because our Eurostar train from Paris fell behind schedule and we failed to anticipate the evening rush hour traffic in London. He explained everything we needed to know about the house. I particularly enjoyed the backyard in the evenings. The house itself is wonderful. Good Wifi connection.

Negative: The location wasn't a great fit for us because we would sightsee in London for a few hours then need to take a rest. This involved taking taxis back and forth.
