Positive: Location, garden and social area How peaceful it was Bedroom sizes Views from the bedroom

Negative: Not being allowed to wear shoes at all, I understand on carpet but downstairs on the hard floor makes no sense when coming in and put of the house. Perhaps change the rule to no shoes on carpets. Curtains were too light, blackout would be better

Negative: The pictures makes it seem like the rear annex is part of the same offering, the description has no mention of it being a separate property which shares the garden, therefore can see into the kitchen diner, kitchen diner needs blinds/net/tint.

Positive: Our family spent 3 nights here, house was fantastic in a lovely quiet residential road. We had a great weekend - the house was spotless, comfortable and very spacious even with 7 people staying. Kids loved how the living area opened out into the garden and spent the first evening watching the deer on the golf course behind the house. The owner was very proactive with details and answered all queries. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Negative: Not really a complaint but the hot water can get very hot in the kitchen taps.

Positive: Lovely place to stay for a group of guests we had staying with us from abroad. The owner went above expectations in doing their best to accommodate us. We had a one off issue with the electricity going out which was swiftly resolved by the owner with minimal disruption to us. Great communication throughout our stay.

Negative: The only thing I can think to improve the place would be a coffee maker.

Positive: lovely open plan kitchen with plenty of room for the group. bedrooms were immaculate and with plenty of room. 2 showers and 3 toilets were plenty. patio doors with a nice outside area would be great for a BBQ.

Negative: slight issue with hot water , quickly resolved by hosts.
