Summary: Here's a nice quiet place for a solo or couple. There's a great pool, great place to swim and sun. The host is super responsive and attentive to details. An issue with check in was dealt with very well. Parking and egress is great. The location is near the freeway, near downtown, and quick ways to reach anywhere in the valley. Would stay there again. Summary: The host was great to work with very helpful and informative easy check in and great communication. The pool house was clean yet. There were several items in need of repair and the furnishings leaved a little to be desired. Definitely needs an upgrade. But overall it was a nice place.

Summary: Beautifully landscaped, very private backyard with lovely pool. Great location. Quiet neighborhood with easy on-street parking. Hyla was a very helpful host, and she has created a beautiful environment for guests to enjoy. We look forward to returning. (And btw, if you like to shoot pool, there's a great table right outside your door!)

Summary: We had a good visit. The street is quiet and location gives great access to the whole city. Unit is cozy, but has everything a couple would need. Parking is easy, host was responsive.
