This is truly a special place for families & friends to gather in the heart of Walla Walla wine country with plenty of room for up to 16 guests to enjoy a harmonious blend of outdoor & indoor living. Both homes are always rented together and is a treasured family property meant to be enjoyed responsibly by respectable guests.
The property is located in a beautiful rural, country setting and part of a 250 acre active farm. Guests can enjoy frequent wildlife sightings including: Deer, wild turkeys, birds and owls!
Enjoy picturesque views of The Blue Mountains & farmland surrounding the property, all the while being 5-10 minutes away from Southside wineries.
Key features of Cottonwood Canyon Farm:
• Full property rental includes two spacious, fully remodeled historic homes (known as: The Farmhouse & The Cookhouse), rented together during peak season for ultimate guest privacy.
• During the months of November thru March, The Farmhouse (5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms) is available at a special off-season rate, & can accommodate up to 10 guests. (Holiday and special event weekends are excluded). ***send inquiry for this special pricing***
• Accommodations for up to 16 maximum guests: Guest total includes adults, children and infants.
• The Farmhouse includes: 5 bedrooms (4 Kings, 1 Queen) along with 4 1/2 bathrooms (3 bathrooms are Ensuite)
• The Cookhouse includes 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) along with 2 bathrooms (1 Ensuite)
• Both homes include fully stocked kitchens for preparing and cooking meals at home.
• Both homes have plenty of room for lounging, watching TV.

Summary: The property was fantastic! Everything was clean and comfortable. They could have skimped on some details, but they did not. Often beds at rentals are uncomfortable and the kitchen isn’t fully outfitted. That was not the case with this property. All the details were taken care of and we had a great time. We would love to book this venue again!

Summary: We enjoyed every lovely minute of our stay at Cottonwood Canyon Ranch! Spectacular home in the most beautiful country setting but only 15 minutes from downtown Walla Walla and wineries. The home was impeccably clean, the kitchen well stocked, the bedding was very comfortable. Our group plans to return!

Summary: The house and area were lovely. We were 6 couples that were extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed watching the turkeys. The guys even tried out the pool…Brrrr.

Summary: The property is very well kept and we were extremely impressed with how nice everything at the house was. With 9 adults and six kids everyone had their own space to be comfortable. Large bedrooms with plenty of space to accommodate our travel cribs. We brought our own high chairs and infant bath tub. Kids loved the space with glow in the dark legos. The kitchen was very well equipped and cookware was in good condition, and pantry was well stocked with spices, salt and pepper, etc. Appreciated the large mixing bowls and stock pot when cooking for a crowd. We cooked several meals in the kitchen, and also used the grill. During our stay, the firepit was not working. The pool was great, everyone enjoyed swimming. And we enjoyed seeing the turkeys and deer running through the yard. The perfect place to have some family time together. We are definitely planning on coming back again!

Summary: 13 of us gathered at the Cottonwood Canyon Farm for a family reunion and could not have had a better time!! The property is exactly as described and pictured. The setting is idyllic and perfect for a large gathering of friends or family. There is plenty of space to spread out and have time away, but also great areas to congregate and be together. This is the first time we stayed at a property where we could all sit at one table and eat a meal together! Such a treat! We already have plans to return again! Thank you so much for your hospitality and gracious accommodations!

Summary: We used Cotton Wood Canyon Farm as our base for our wedding at a local winery. Perfect for our family. House is special. Cookhouse was perfect for the kid crew. HOT weekend and the pool received appropriate use. Will book again!
