Summary: We rented this house for ourselves and our friends for our wedding weekend around the corner. It was the best decision, large group and we had plenty of places to sleep, the yard gave ample space for activities, the sound system kept us entertained, and the kitchen made hosting a large group a breeze. Yuri was amazing in making himself available and our stay memorable. Can’t wait to visit again!

Summary: Perfect location in proximity to the Fortune Valley wedding venue. The home is beautiful and supplied with EVERYTHING you might need. We stay in a lot of VRBO's and this one ranks right near the top.

Summary: My husband and I, our 3 children, their spouses, and our grandchildren- total of 12- stayed here for a few days. The log cabin was roomy, very clean and extremely well equiped with anything we could possibly need to prepare meals and enjoy our stay. Yuri said his motto is " you only need to bring your toothbrush". He is absolutely correct! Hopefully we will be able to return for another wonderful family vacation.

Summary: Fourteen of us stayed here for our NYSW home base. It was perfect! A bed was set up and made for each of us, the kitchen was well equipped and functional. We also were able to gather together and eat together in the living/dining area. Yuri is an excellent and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Summary: This house is magical. Just like the hosts! Yuri and his wife welcomed this group of breast cancer survivors who all live life with less than 2 breasts, as if we were family. No request was unreasonable or met with any hesitation. The property is magnificent with an abundance of flowers and countless hummingbirds. The splendor of the property is mirrored by the beauty of the house on the inside. It is large house and was accommodating for our big group but it gives the feeling of being small and cozy. As a group we have had many experiences with house rentals and NONE have been as gracious and helpful as Yuri. We will be coming back!

Summary: INCREDIBLE property!! There were 16 of us and we fit perfectly. The house is decked out with everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, all the kitchen appliances you could imagine etc. Super cute to many towns like Woodstock, Hunter, Kingston, Hudson. Yuri, the host, is amazing. Was very accommodating and super responsive. He set out extra beds for us to make sure we were all comfortable and would respond within minutes when we needed help. The property itself is huge and so comfortable and beautiful. The Yurt is so fun and a cool bonus. 10/10 stay!! Would recommend and 100000% would stay again.
