Positive: The style of the room, the games/fun activities like the projector in the bedroom, the fireplace gave a cozy feel . the view of the Calgary tower. So close and convenient to everything. Very comfortable stay.

Negative: The pool could have been better clean and updated. But very nice set up outside with great view!

Positive: When i booked this, I assumed it was too good to be true for the price. I was thoroughly delighted when I entered the property. The building is safe and central, the apartment is clean and homely, it's very well stocked. I've been coming to Calgary at least once a year for 9 years, and this is now my "go-to" in town.

Positive: This downtown Calgary unit was a fantastic find! The location, just outside the main downtown core, was incredibly convenient. I loved being a short walk from everything (downtown for meeting and Red Mile for drinks) and having easy access to the LRT. I especially appreciated the abundance of nearby restaurants, including Redheads Japa Cafe which has amazing curry katsu! The building's excellent construction meant I barely heard any city noise. The unit itself was modern and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed, including a dishwasher and even a coffee maker. I was also impressed by the high-quality kitchenware and accessories available. The host interactions were excellent – clear, prompt, and helpful. The host also thoughtfully provided a selection of board games, which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated having an extra comforter available. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calgary. Overall, this rental offers great value for money!

Negative: I did experience slower Wi-Fi speeds when using my laptop, although it worked perfectly fine on my cellphone. While a coffee maker was provided, there were no coffee beans. There was also instant coffee available, but surprisingly no kettle to boil water. I ended up using the microwave to heat water for a quick morning pick-me-up, which worked in a pinch.

Positive: The host was easy to communicate with and his responses were always quick. He was kind enough to let me check in a little earlier than 4 which I appreciated. Perfect location and the condo was so cozy

Negative: Not the host's fault of course, but the building only had 1 elevator working for 30 floors, so it took forever to get one. The bathroom was stocked with most of the necessities, but I would have loved if there was body lotion and body wash as well

Positive: The property has very good views and is very well maintained. It’s is very well lit 1 bed apartment and has all the amenities. The building has parking and gym. It has amazing views of the city and is very well connected.

Negative: The apartment is next to the trash chute, so as soon as you get out it smells quite bad. But inside the apartment there’s no smell at all. Also, the dishes were not clean and had to be put through the dish wash before use. They had food stains and some were just put inside the cabinet after use without wash.
