Positive: First and foremost, the hosts are incredible. Their engagement with guests, their concern for their guest's well being, their follow up, applying little touches like light snacks and a bottle of wine--all of it was incredible. The hosts' concern for providing a top notch service is very evident in the property itself. This older row house has been smartly renovated to create a truly wonderful, relaxing experience. Three well appointed full baths plus a main floor half bath compliment the three bedrooms plus two additional sofa beds. We had a group of eight and all enjoyed a restful experience. Although we didn't use it, the main level also features a full kitchen with ample counter space to cook to your heart's content. There's also a partial kitchen in the basement. Plenty of room for spreading out to work for larger groups and two large flat screen TVs for entertainment/work preparation. The backyard is a nice retreat in warmer months for your group to hang out, relax and chat (our team bonded over wine & whiskey on the first evening). The off street private parking is a nice bonus--we fit two cars in the garage area with no problem. The price is incredibly competitive for the DC area. We had stayed in Alexandria before in a 2BR/1BA rental that was almost equal in cost to this. For the size, comfort, and location, this is a slam dunk.

Positive: This property was the clearest. It was beautiful. A true luxurious DC townhome. Everything we needed was already in the home. The owner was exceptional

Negative: We loved this property.

Summary: Beautiful property with easy access to downtown DC and monuments. Large enough for our family of 5.
