Positive: Close to beach, big living area with dining table , good location/neighborhood.

Negative: The property management company, Reality Group, was not helpful and lacked courtesy. Several items we requested prior to check-in—such as extra towels and usable pots and pans—were not provided upon arrival. The pots and pans were in poor condition and were only replaced the next day. There were also no towel hooks in the bathroom. After check-in, when I asked questions about the AC operation, how to operate the shower, dryer issue and the need for extra towels( which they did provide after), I received a message the next day stating that repetitive complaints would not be entertained. The beds were not comfortable either.

Positive: The location was amazing. We loved the neighborhood, and there was a lovely beach and park just a half block away. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Wish we had stayed longer. Manager was kind enough to allow a later check out after our flight was delayed.

Positive: Perfect place to stay in San Juan, great surroundings with the beach just a minute walk away and many good restaurants close by. Very good on ground floor. Fast help by the house lord when we didn’t understand how to turn on water in the shower…a bit embarrassing, but totally different than in Europe :-)

Negative: We had a great time, all went well. It could perhaps have had deep pans in the kitchen to cook pasta etc, but otherwise well equipped. No window in one of the bedrooms, but slept well anyway.
