Positive: The apartment (Suite 1) was newly renovated, bright and clean. 5 minutes to the Condado beach. All appliances were new in a fully equipped kitchen. Super comfortable bed. Huge patio to enjoy morning coffee. The host was super responsive with all our queries. Because of the location of the suite, it was also sheltered from the noises coming from Ashford Ave (Spring Break time).

Negative: Parking is very limited, the parking spot is not guaranteed.

Summary: Very good option to stay in the Santurce area. More quiet than Condado. 5 minutes to the beach.
