Extremely comfortable top floor apartment with magnificent sea views and various large south facing terraces. The apartment is within walking distance to Benamor Golf and the waterfront/sea in Cabanas de Tavira and all amenities. Suitable for summer and winter lets. The apartment is accessible by elevator or staircase. The very large private roof terrace is a real gem and features a lounge area, a Jaccuzi bath, sun loungers and stunning views over roof tops in Cabanas, the Ria Formosa laguna towards the sea.
The apartment consists of a hallway leading to the good size living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all in open plan giving a light and airy feeling. Access from both the living room and kitchen onto a south facing terrace with table and chairs, and seating area. From the hallway with family bathroom and walk-in shower a corridor leads to two large double bedrooms both with build-in wardrobes (Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower).

Summary: Fantastic clean and modern condo in Tavira! Clean and welcoming! Super comfortable beds and lots of room for 3 adults! The upstairs deck with the jacuzzi was amazing, although we did use the jacuzzi! Communication with the property manager was excellent! I would rate this stay as an 11/10. The only thing that could make this stay better would be a bbq!

Summary: This is a beautifully appointed sun lit apartment just as described. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. We would definitely stay here again

Summary: Beautiful apartment in a quiet area of Conceição de Tavira. An apartment of high quality and stile. With excellent beds and furniture. The only thing we missed was shade on the varanda and the terras. No awning or canopies. I assume that the owner will install this because with higher temperatures a little bit of shade is essential. It is possible to walk to the waterfront with the nice boardwalk. But the walk of 20 minutes is not nice. It is alongside the acces road. We used mostly our car. We could not use the underground parking. But plenty of space in front of the house.
