Summary: Overall the stay was great. Plenty of room and we loved the heated pool. The only things we had issues with were no bedding for the foldout sofa beds and the kitchen needs to be better stocked, i.e. can opener, pizza cutter. I know there were some other things but can’t remember right now.

Summary: We rented this property for our 30 year college reunion and the whole process of checking in was very smooth. Everything was communicated clearly and property was well managed.One suggestion is to have enough seating arrangement in the backyard to accommodate all 16 guests. Guest were standing around or sitting by the fireplace as no more chairs were available.Overall excellent property for nice quite get-togethers with enough room for everyone to share.Will stay again for sure.

Summary: The house was spacious and reflective of the online photos, and the neighborhood was quiet. The most important issue was that the home was INFESTED with ants. The ants were crawling everywhere throughout the house and outside in the pool area. I contacted the host who informed me that the home had recently been treated and that some of the ants may have gotten through the barrier. It was recommended that I use the bug spray that was left in the garage, ( the unmitigated gall of asking me to spray the home, instead of sending someone out to take care of the issue). I did notice the bug bait which looked disgusting in the corners like the house had not been cleaned properly. Some baseboards were dirty and housekeeping could do a better job with more intentional cleaning. On the listing site it stated 6 bedrooms, but it actually only has 5 bedrooms. The office which is listed as a sleeping area on the website had a futon with a broken front right leg which made this area unuseable. There were multiple blown light bulbs in the home to include the master bathroom toilet area and upstairs bedrooms which were reported but not corrected. The hot tub heater and jets did not work. The landscaping could use some attention and should be treated for pest. After returning home I found other reviews on another booking site which had the same issues with the ants from 2022. I wish I would've been informed of this issue before my arrival, or at least offered some form of compensation.
