Summary: We plan a family trip to Rocky Point yearly, each time we stay in different condos and I’ll have to say this has been the worst condo we have stayed at. Initially when we entered the room, my kids took off their shoes while we unpacked & when I saw their feet they were black dirty, not just with sand, but black like if they had walked outside. The 1st night the master bed and the bottom bed on the bunk bed had sand on the sheets. We called the lobby and it took them almost an hour to bring us clean bedding. The remote controls for the tv’s are missing the back thing that holds the batteries and you have to hold them a certain way in order for them to work. One of the days the toilet from the master room started to leak and the whole bathroom was filled with water. The room was big enough to fit all of us but it’s not maintained.

Summary: Everything was great, especially for families. The two things I would mention were the showers. They were cold and the flow was extremely light. We also wanted to be able to contact the reception due to the shower issue however there was no number listed anywhere and the ones listed on the key card were non working.

Summary: We had a tremendous time with our family! It was HOT but it was perfect spending all day at the beach or the pool, an easy and safe walking distance from the room. The room itself could have used a few tune ups, as the showers didn't work very well and were challenging to operate. It would have been nice had laundry detergent be available or provided as well, since laundry services were advertised.

Summary: Well, the initial arrival was horrible. Arrived and learned my reservation was canceled. Not by the property owner/manager but between the resort itself and VRBO. So a simple check-in turned into a headache. Contacted the manager who then she had to go back and forth with the resort in order to place the reservation back. Then once that was done, we had to wait another 3 1/2 hours to go into the room, because it was not clean. So the start was horrible, so verify with the resort that your reservation is good before going. However, the mangers communication was quick. Mattress in master bedroom will make your back hurt. But other than that the place is great. Great view, easy access to elevator, garage,pools, beach. Would stay there again, but would probably sleep on the couch.
