Positive: The villa is absolutely wonderful. Beautifully designed, stylish, spacious and extremely comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. It has a few terraces with sea views, which you can choose for shade depending on the time of the day. The pool area is great, too. Location is fantastic - very quiet, but at the same within 10 minutes walk to the port with lots of facilities such as tavernas, bus stop and shops, and within 5 minutes walk from 2 beaches. To top it all, there is a nice taverna O Filipos almost next door, which you can reach in 2 minutes. Our host, Tasos, was very helpful, and he even left some water, fruit and traditional cheese and meat from Kea in the fridge for us upon arrival. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa for a family stay in Kea, or for a stay with friends.
