The main hall is composed of a beautiful double height ceiling integrated with an incredible veranda and the living room and dining room. This mansion also has 05 bedrooms, 04 of which are suites, kitchen, 02 bathrooms (cellar and living room), laundry room, pantry, cupboard, large gym and wine cellar.
The external space is composed of a beautiful gourmet space with barbecue, pizza oven and complete bathroom.
It has monitoring circuit, sound and cameras and is all automated, and can be controlled by I-phone or tablet. The garage holds 04 covered parking spaces. It also has independent house for caretaker and complete dependence.
