Positive: It has been an absolute pleasure to spend a week at this fantastic hotel. The location is great with easy access to all key areas and attractions in Hanoi. The breakfast included is decent with a wide variety of options daily. The staff are the biggest asset. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and prompt support when I needed anything. Special thanks to Quinn, Manhattan, and Dung. The wifi connection was decent for those who need it for remote work. Overall, a great experience and the place is highly recommended.
