Positive: Cozy clean studio in a quiet alley. Plenty of stores and cafes nearby, bus stop to the center is 10mins away. There's a laundry downstairs. The studio has all the necessary furniture even for a long stay. The host is helpful and nice person in general.
Negative: There's a little kitchenette, but no utensils though.
