Negative: We had to provide our own towels, not just pool towels but bathing towels. The only towels provided were a couple of hand towels and bath mats and we were only advised of this the day before when we were provided with the lock box details for access. When I asked the owner why they were not provided we were advised "During the time of collecting and returning those wet towels, the towels are easily get molds on, which incurs extra charge from the supplier. So we do did not provide anymore." There was a very large patch of black mould on the roof of the kitchen clearly from water damage. This is a serious health concern. Prior reviews indicated the top oven was not working and hasn't been for some time, this is still not working. The balconies looked as though they had not been swept in a significant time. There was mould in the master/primary bedroom ensuite shower. Fruit flies/nats in the secondary bathroom upstairs. The master/primary bed is rock hard - so hard in fact one of the primary guests went to sleep on the lounge downstairs. We would not stay here again.

Positive: Excellent views, house is very spacious and modern.

Negative: Kitchen is very under equipped. For such a large kitchen there is very little equipment, basically just cups and plates, knives and forks. No large plates or platters, only one small saucepan. We did bring lots of our own things but would have appreciated a better equipped kitchen. There house was very clean inside but outside needed a good wash down. Also, a serious patch of black mould growing in the kitchen on ceiling.

Positive: The home was beautiful, check-in was simple, and the stay was perfect for our intended purpose, our daughter and her bridesmaids getting ready for her wedding.

Negative: The master bed was a lot firmer than we are used to, otherwise everything was great.
