Summary: The home is just as nice as you can see in the photos. Eight people stayed here comfortable for a three day weekend. The kitchen was great and the rooftop offered a wonderful place to hang out with great views of Philly. The place worked out great for us to have a group of friends get together in Philly to celebrate a birthday. The hosts were excellent to communicate with and were responsive to all our needs. The location is easily accessible to the main roads, but it should be noted that the neighborhood is not one with desirable features like cafes, coffee shops, etc... It is not a walkable destination, but the neighbors we saw were kind and welcoming. My hope is that new homes like this one will help to elevate this part of West Philly in time. I would recommend this house to anyone not intimidated by city life.
