Upon entry, you will be delighted by the generous open plan living. Showcasing beautiful Tasmanian oak features, silky curved concrete bench-tops, custom recessed lighting and the warm sun-drenched space created by the expansive gable. This luxury home boasts sophistication and bespoke finishes at every turn.
This unique home is spacious with a luxurious interior, the kitchen offers well-appointed high-end appliances, including a wine/beer fridge and coffee pod machine. The spacious master bedroom offers a luxurious ensuite and built in robe. All beds have been dressed in soft luxurious linen. The main bathroom allows access to an enticing round bath and walk in shower, take some time out to relax and soak in the bath with a glass of wine and a good book. You will have access to a fully equipped laundry throughout your stay. The outdoor entertaining area has been beautifully designed and curated to incorporate streamline enjoyment from indoors to outdoors for sunny mornings and warm afternoons. Ample on site parking is available at the property.

If additional guests are wishing to stay an additional $60 per night, for the duration of the booking will be charged. We can accommodate a total of 8 guests comfortably at the property.

Summary: In a great spot close to the CBD. House has been done really well. The lighting throughout the house has been done really well. Sets a great mood. Tastefully furnished. Yes the couch is really comfy. I would love to know where it was bought. It fitted 8 of us no trouble. I would recommend. Fire 8 of us from.

Summary: What an amazing house! Beautifully designed with some great features and all the mod cons we needed for our very brief trip to Launceston. My only regret is that we couldn't stay to enjoy everything this house has on offer.

Summary: Absolutely brilliant property, dripping with quality everywhere. We did our wedding vow renewal on the front landing, with the incredible architectural touches and extremely photogenic garden as a back drop. From heated bathroom floors to quality bedding, it's everything it's described as, and more!

Summary: It is a beautiful property! Great kitchen - plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. loads of room! The dining table is big enough for all of our meals and boardgames. The couch is comfy and cosy. The rooms were clean on arrival and easy to keep clean. The bathrooms are spacious, new and really clean. The only thing that we found tricky was that the heating. It works well and keeps the rooms warm - but when it's time for the kids to go to bed - we had to turn it all off or they would be too hot in the rooms. Zoning in the AC would make a big difference for trips in winter, so we could keep the heating on in the main area after the doors in the bedrooms close. Noting - the weather was particularly cold for our trip - so possibly not a concern for trips in warmer months. Would absolutely recommend this property for future trips!
