Summary: Great property... the backyard is fantastic and the game room is a wonderful space for everyone to have fun when inside and not exploring the poconos!

Summary: Sylvester is by far the best host I have come across. He checks in on you and is very prompt on getting back to you if you have questions. You won't have issues at all with his communication. The photos of the property does not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful and has everything for each age group to enjoy. We left the property a few times but really enjoyed being at the home because you never were bored. It is in a quiet neighborhood and it is very large and spacious. We sure felt at home while we were there. It was close to the grocery store and other things you may need. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was very clean and there many were blankets throughout the house to use if you wanted to sit on the couch or go outside and a blanket was always available to grab on the go. The gaming room was large and had many options for you to play. It was the best hangout spot to be. The back deck had many sitting areas to enjoy. We loved the outdoor theater area. I can go on about this property. It is absolutely a must see. We will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you Sylvester for making our trip a memorable one.

Summary: Briefly: -Fantastic place. Interesting/upscale decor. Tons of liveable space. Tons of things to do. Could spend a week on the property alone without being bored. Hot tub, fire pit, fire table, board games, sauna, pool table, etc. -Great, truly fantastic host. Communication was the best I've ever experienced. We texted and spoke on the phone multiple times about (perceived, mea culpa) issues that were thoroughly addressed or explained. For instance, I didn't think the hot tub smelled chlorinated - Sylvester thoroughly explained that this was due to the use of a different antimicrobial and he had just tested levels. -Check in and check out was super easy. This was probably the easiest check out we've had in any stay anywhere. -15min to Del Water gap, Bushkill falls, grocery stores. Overall I'd come here again, hands down.

Summary: This was the best rental we have had to date. The property was very clean top to bottom. This place has incredible amenities both indoor and out. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Sylvester the property manager made himself available was very hospitable without being intrusive. We were are grandkids heroes for renting here but honestly we're heading back for an adults only soon as this place has something for everyone!

Summary: My wife and I brought our 2 dogs for a long and relaxing weekend away from NYC. We felt comfortable from the get go. Instructions for utilizing all of the features the house had to offer were clear and easily attainable. Sylvester was a great host and very responsive.

Summary: First time renting an house and this property had everything. It rained two days out of our trip but the game room and the rest of the house, was so well thought out we were never bored. It was a last minute trip and was great! Sylvester, thank you for being so quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely love to come back and will recommend it.

Summary: Our family spent several nights here for a small reunion and had a great time. Host was super friendly and responsive. House had plenty of amenities, and lots of private, quiet outdoor space in a secluded nook. Note to those with mobility needs that there are several flights of stairs necessary to get in and out of the house.

Summary: I have stayed at many places that left much to be desired, but this place was above par in comparison to those places. This house and all that comes with it was very well thought out by the owners for a convenient stay by its visitors. I traveled with my kids (9 total), my husband, sister in law, and her dog. There was enough space for everyone to spread out, but also hang out together. Everyone had a great time with one another and we did not feel cramped. The basement had a lot of activities and lounge space, and so did the outside space. The main level of the floor was super convenient for me because there were no stairs to worry with when it comes to my 15 month old and my 9 year old with autism. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could want and more. I had to work during a few a days of my stay and there was a space to do that and also life was easy there because the house had everything. I did not need to bring anything other than our clothes and buy food. The location was pretty private for the most part, but the neighbor at the top of the hill has some seriously bright flood lights that shined into the windows and lit up the entire front yard. Also, the main road, although not visible, is right there so you hear all the vehicles pass when outside. I suppose most people would not spend as much time as we did at the house, so that may not be an issue for them. I will say, though, that you can't really hear the vehicles that much while in the house. The house was super clean when we got there and I did not feel like I had to bomb it with disinfectant. Sylvester was easy to get in touch with and I had no issues with communication with him. Only thing that I will say is the price of the stay was very high. I have not stayed at VRBO properties before, so that was a MAJOR sticker shock. I wish the cost was not so high because I could have had two beach trips for the cost of this one, but the time we traveled in July is always more money.

Summary: We had three separate families coming together for a reunion. We had kids ranging 5-15. The worked out perfectly. Everyone had space, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of games and activities… everyone was happy! The owner is attentive and considerate. Great place!
