Positive: Superb apartment in the center of the city. More than enough utilities and kitchenware. Balcony had a nice view.

Negative: It was a bit complicated to understand the parking space since it had been snowing.

The huge terrace, adorned with stylish furniture and flowers, was a perfect place to relax. Its location was ideal — just a short walk to Rakvere Castle, Aqva Spa, and the legendary Pihlaka Café.

Positive: Sauna, big Terrace, smart home system, fireplace (simulator), elevator in house, big comfortable sofa, comfortable lights and backlights, views from terrace, coffee machine, dishwashing machine, towels. You have everything what you need in kitchen to cook and enjoy food with drinks. Markus and Jule are nice persons, can solve any problem quickly.

Negative: Two windows without blinds. Terrace do not have some functional roof to protect sofa and chairs from raining and birds. Wish to have a hot tub on the terrace.
