Summary: Great location in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking Lake Erie. Owners met the requirement for a fence around the salt water pool by installing expensive glass panels that preserve the beautiful lake view. The kitchen is well equipped with upscale appliances. The whole house has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. The proximity to Kingsville's restaurants and wineries as well as an excellent gym are major pluses of this location.

Summary: The house is absolutely gorgeous - from decor to design, and even comfy mattresses and bedding. I love that they kept some of the charm from the original house and incorporated it into the modern remodel. Our stay coincided with lake fly season unfortunately, but the owners had someone at the property to help us maneuver through it and ensure we got the best of our stay. The views of Lake Erie are perfect and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The nearby town of Kingsville was a great place for food and shopping. We tried the beach in Leamington but it had a lot of dead fish, trash, and smelled terrible.

Summary: We had the best time during our stay in Kingsville. The property was absolutely stunning. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need, the kids made full use of the pool and the views were breathtaking. Paul and Rui were extremely attentive hosts. We had a small issue with the grill and Rui dedicated his whole day to personally take care of it so we could enjoy a bbq that evening. The town itself is so quaint with so many local gems to enjoy. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay and can't wait to be back soon!
