Positive: Very comfortable and cosy apartment with view of the Hollywood Hills. Very close to shopping on Melrose Ave and Melrose Place. Nice, safe area to walk around and close to where I needed to be while staying in LA. Having a kitchen was great and lounge room super comfortable for chilling!

The unit looks just like the pictures and is very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities inside. The building complex has a strong sense of community, with friendly residents. Amenities include a gym, laundry facilities, a pool, a Jacuzzi, and a parking spot, which is essential since having a car in LA is necessary. The location is excellent, offering easy access to all parts of the city, with plenty of shopping and dining options in the area.

Negative: The apartment shows some minor wear and tear that could be easily fixed and refreshed. Upgrading the curtains would also be an improvement, but overall, it’s still fine as is.
