Positive: The manager of the apartment Adam has exceptional customer service skills. I liked the size but it was a little too big for my liking and it was missing a few basic items such as a microwave for example as well as a few other things. Bed was great as well as the sofas. Washing machine and dishwasher where easy to use. I would recommend to a friend.

Negative: The floor could have been a lot cleaner. A few issues with the doors not opening and closing correctly internally. Without sounding a pain. I am rather small myself but I found the shower way too small.
