Positive: The house is stunning, love the neutral decor and location great. Smelled lovely when we entered, great facilities, house was very clean,but fridge and inside kitchen drawers and cupboards needed cleaning.We had booked for 3 adults & 2 children, Problem we had was that the living room sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, worst bed/sofa bed I have ever slept on, it is hard with lump and bumps that dig into you and it is unsteady aswell! Also it was not ideal having to search the whole house for duvet & pillows and bedding to put on duvet and on sofa bed,it ,would have been better to have it all made up ready in upstairs wardrobe for example and information then given on where to find it.Also would be good to have a welcome guide and takeaway leaflets or resturant info,local info on site like other properties i have stayed at. The other issue was that the blind was broken, so noway to block out light in master bedroom which was an issue aswell. I would 100% stay again if the blind was fixed and there was only 4 of us to sleep in main beds as the sofa bed is not fit for purpose! The house is not suitable for more than 4 people though in my opinion.

Positive: Spotlessly clean . Comfortable. Excellent location to walk into Frodsham town centre . Had a great breakfast at Zucca . Host was lovely and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here
