Positive: Lovely home from home felt very comfortable to stay here. The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well as the big tv in the living room with Netflix Disney+ and prime tv. The location was fantastic the neighbourhood was perfect and so clean with the added bonus of security being at the gate. Lastly we got married while we were back over there and the clubhouse on the housing development had amazing views and surroundings so we used them for our wedding photos which turned out like a professional took them. We also had a little help from the lady who runs the clubhouse as well as a local female sheriff who took some of our wedding pictures.

Negative: The hot tube was great but the water did get really hot after about 10-15 minutes of being on so you couldn’t stay in it for long.

Positive: I very rarely rate accommodation on here, but the quality of our stay I felt it deserved reviewing. We have just returned from 2 weeks at sunkissed paradise, which was 100% perfect. From the communication we received from the owner prior to arrival, checking in whilst we were there and exiting communications we felt completely at ease with where we were staying. The home itself had everything we needed and more, I loved the book of ideas on where to visit, eat and instructions about how to use the pool / spa. The owners have really put extensive thought into how their guests will feel whilst staying and it really made all the difference to our holiday. This is a 10/10 for anyone wanting to visit Orlando , we were less than 30 minutes to the Disney parks, easy reach of all shopping complexes and great dining options. I can only say if you are looking for a home from home villa (with a few added luxuries) sunkissed paradise is a must to book. I am currently arranging dates to return and will be using this accommodation time and time again. Thank you for being fabulous hosts.

Positive: The home is conveniently located near food, shopping centers, tourist attractions and entertainment. You can park in front of the house but there's also a private driveway in the back. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe but the home is equipped with security for added peace of mind. The only thing I needed to buy was 🥘 . The home has everything you'll need whether you're cooking for yourself or multiple people. There is also a grill. The pool is child proof, has a jacuzzi and LED lights. That pictures look 🔥🔥😏. I especially loved how secluded and clean the pool area is. There If you need to clean up after yourself, there are cleaning supplies as well. This vacay was for business and leisure so I rarely left the home. The home has board games and access to various streaming apps for your enjoyment. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to get away without needing to leave the bnb for entertainment all the time. This was by far my favorite bnb and I will be returning some time next year!
