Positive: We rented 3 cabins for our group of six and were assigned ones close together. One of the cabins was a bit bigger, so that’s where we congregated to visit and eat dinner. It also had an entrance with just two steps which helped for my mother with limited mobility.
Negative: The bigger cabin had a few issues. The bathroom door handle came off and one of the bedroom blinds fell down. The other two cabins were in perfect condition.
Summary: Comfortable and convenient. I would stay there again

Positive: The cottage itself was very modern, clean, and nicely designed, and overall we enjoyed our stay. It had a cozy feel while still looking updated and well kept.
Negative: The Wi-Fi connection in the cottage was fairly weak during our stay, which made it difficult to use at times. I had to disconnect my phone to connect the TV as connection was so weak even using the wifi connection listed upon checkin. The bathroom sink also had very low water pressure, and we had to set up the Roku TV ourselves using a personal account in order to access streaming services.
Summary: Overall a nice stay.

Positive: The quietness and how clean it was. I was apprehensive about staying but was pleasantly surprised. The photo’s here on booking.com are old and the cabins have been upgraded and look fabulous.

Positive: Breakfast was not provided. These are "efficiency" units and you can prepare breakfast if you wish. There are many other options for breakfast (and other meals) in Deer Lake, which is only a 10 minute drive.
Summary: We enjoyed the time in Cormack and Deer Lake. Rocky Harbour in Gros Morne park is a 45 minute drive.
