Positive: It was very noisy until the restaurant closed around 10pm. After that it was quiet and great. Parking was behind a gate so it was secure and convenient.

Negative: Just the noise from the restaurant. It was extremely loud and made it almost impossible to sleep until it closed. Then it was like turning off a light switch and the noise was gone.

Positive: Great location for surfing. Specific room was noisy as advertised, and I felt exposed to the conversations happening just outside the room door as people waited to access the upstairs restaurant. Mattress on platform bed was springy and lacked support. People were attentive and helpful all stay long. Sunrise was awesome.

Negative: Noisy. Hard bed.

Summary: Fair stay, beautiful sunrise, great beach just across the street, but bring earplugs.

Positive: Rooms are a bit tired looking and could have used another comfortable chair. The onsite restaurant was excellent and the hotel staff were so kind.
