Positive: Large rooms, layout, pool, lots of bathrooms, location. We had several issues that were not resolved by calling Vacasa 800 number, however I finally connected with Colleen locally. She was amazing! Everything was handled in a professional, timely manner. Cannot say enough good things about Colleen!

Negative: Smelly non working 1st floor refrigerator, sticky dining table, commode that was about to fall over, stains on sheets, missing remote. When I called 800 number for assistance they kept promising service that never came.

Positive: The beach rental is perfectly situated right on the beach with just a very short walk making it easy to enjoy the sunrise & sunset! The property had everything we needed as if we were home. During our stay, we enjoyed swimming at the pool right across from the house, beach walks, and nearby restaurants. We enjoyed being able to unwind & relax.

Negative: The one thing that we had issues with was the TV. Probably should consider upgrading all TVs to smart TV’s.

Positive: The location was absolutely fabulous. The house was perfect for our large family gathering and having the beach and the pool basically to ourselves was amazing!

Negative: Like most vacation rental properties, the house has a few maintenance issues. We would recommend in particular that the sliding glass door be fixed. (It doesn't lock but relies on a wooden stick in the slide to keep it from being pulled open.)

Positive: We loved everything about the property and the convenience of the beach and shopping .

Negative: We did not have anything that we did not like about it. The refrigerator in the main kitchen the freeze part was frozen over when we got there and could have a seal that is bad because you could hardly open and close it . We had an issue with the air conditioner on the bottom level but called them and they came and fixed it right away .

Summary: We all had a great time . Food was awesome and the guys had a really great golf day and we did a boat rental with Pelica

Negative: Only one dish towel in the kitchen. Double doors from living room was a problem to lock.

Negative: Palmetto bugs. Poor quality towels. Difficult to lock the front door. Many window locks broken. Sliding door locks not functioning. Pool closed. Non gas grills. Vacuums need maintenance. Hardwood floors needed mopping.. Blinds difficult to move, rusty..
