Positive: Location, room size and cleanliness. Bonus point - all the staff are great!

Negative: Coffee at breakfast wasn’t great. But there is nearby cafe amazon. And the room doesn’t come with mineral water.

Positive: The suite is very spacious with windows and a balcony for great views. We were looking to stay close to the Train Market for two nights before departing from BKK airport. Easy walk to the two malls and 7-11 convenient. Staff was very accommodating, courteous and helpful. Breakfast decent variety. Only four suites per floor so very private and quiet. Price was reasonable per Western standards given the size of room. Full kitchen and washing machine good for longer stays. Wifi decent. Western and Thai TV stations.

Negative: It's an older hotel, so have realistic expectations of wear and tear. The shower door didn't close properly so water did leak out onto the floor. Hair dryer was broken.

Positive: The staff is so friendly and awesome. They really were the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. The property is in walking distance of malls night markets and grocery stores.

Negative: It is very old and kinda worn. The rooms need a deep cleaning and maybe some updating. I had to switch rooms.

Summary: If you need a temporary stay, it will meet the need but don’t expect luxury.

Positive: The staff are extremely useful and friendly. Special shoutout to P. His customer service is impeccable.

Negative: I booked two suites a one bedroom and a two bedroom for one week each. The first day I noticed a tv in the living room of the two bed room apartment had a display issue. I didnt take it too seriously since I wasn’t planning to use the device and there were two other televisions in the other two rooms aswell and most of the time the kids use YouTube on their tablets. However, after a few days the tv was just running and a housekeeping lady notices it while mopping and told my wife to inform to the reception otherwise they will blame us for it. So she did so. As expected a manager called Vincent I think his name was, came to the room and make it look like one of my kids have broken the tv. I told the entire story but he seemed extremely suspicious. He said he will check cctv cameras aswell I’m not sure the reason. After speaking about three times to him and explaining why I didn’t bother complaining when I arrived I guess he believed and understood. But this made our entire stay unpleasant. How can the hotel staff expect a guest who walks in to check each and every device like the refrigerator tv washing machine microwave etc it’s ridiculous. And if any unit is faulty how can they expect the guest to pay for it. They need to check all devices after a guest checks out but before they leave. A shortcoming of the hotel and the relevant department was conspired to look like I did it. Utterly dissatisfying and repulsed.

Summary: It was great until the television issue came up.
