Summary: this property is great if you are attending an event in Royal Oak. It was clean and as described. The host was very responsive. Two minor things...the home smelled like the previous party had cooked greasy, fried food so that was a bit unpleasant but not the host's fault. It was thoroughly cleaned just had lingering smells.It was a chilly in there, even when we adjusted the thermostat. other than that, a great stay!

Summary: This was a cute place! Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. We celebrated my friends 40th birthday and for 3 ladies wanting to be close to Royal Oak, it was exactly what we needed. If the weather was warmer and not snowing we could have walked. Loved the creeky floors and stairs. Felt very safe that no one could sneak up on you. Haha Nice neighborhood lots of people out waking their dogs.
