Summary: First of all, be prepared to get a form to fill out asking for passport pictures and information ahead of time from clean b&b. I had an issue with this as the email did not come through and at which point it became a little difficult to reach the host to let us in. The listed # was no good. We had to contact Expedia for a 2nd number. Once that was resolved, we soon learned the power is a bit finicky in this apartment. With the washing machine running, the power went totally out so the host had to come back to show us how to fix it (going down to an exterior fuse box outside of the apartment to do this). The power ended up going off several times in our few day stay which was annoying. Also, the bathroom sink didn’t drain well at all. Outside of that, the apartment itself is clean and pretty nice, but you don’t get automatic service/cleaning and restocking. We noticed the trash in the kitchen never got emptied our whole stay, but we didn’t mind so much because we were only there a few days. You have to contact the host if you need anything during your stay there. Another thing, we found it difficult to get around Florence, especially in that area. Since it was a quiet residential area, there weren’t many taxis. So when we went to check out, we contacted the host asking if they could send us any recommendations for a taxi service but he never got back to us on that. Outside of that, the apartment was pretty nice and the area quiet. The restaurant just below was fantastic too.

Summary: It started rather good: the apartment looks decent, with big modern kitchen. And the management even allowed us to check-in earlier than their normal 3 pm. But when we returned in the evening, found out that the bathroom sink was clogged, and the kitchen appliances (microwave and kettle) couldn't even be used: the outlets didn't match the prongs. Even though the company fixed both issues the next day, we felt not satisfied. Another thing: there was nothing in the apartment to make the customer's life easier. I know, it's not a hotel, but only 1 roll of toilet paper? No sugar in the kitchen, I'm not asking for coffee or tea. Not even small bottle of body wash or shampoo? It might be acceptable for rented apartment, but not for vacational one. We went to the store after long flight and bought those cheap things. Which would cost the management almost nothing, but make the life of their customers much easier. Apart from all that, the area is extremely noisy: the apartment is on the 1st floor, and right behind it on the ground floor is a café/restaurant, with opened veranda and full of people who don't keep any quiet, even after midnight. Then, at around 1:30 am the truck comes to empty the garbage bins on the street, which are a hundred feet away. And finally: there's a renovation in the building, and the metal construction for lifting the materials is right behind the window of your bedroom! Summarizing, I cannot recommend this apartment.

Summary: Excellent apartment in Florence. Great location - easily accessible by transit from the airport and train station. A 25 minute walk to the city center, which I preferred to do since it passes by some lovely cafes. Staff were very accommodating with an early check-in and communicated quickly and clearly. Overall a smooth and fantastic experience.

Summary: I absolutely loved the property. It was beautiful, safe, and welcoming. The walk to the main city of Florence is amazing, and short. The apartment comes with everything. The hostess is amazing. It smells amazing and the light exposure lights the apartment up. I loved every moment.
